About Us

The Company Behind Our Brands, and Yours

More than 300,000 cartons a month and eight brands, produced at our Dar Bouazza facility in Casablanca — under our own labels and those of the partners we manufacture for.

What We're Built On

The Foundation Under Every Batch

Founded in 2018 as Morocco's first specialized private-label processed-cheese manufacturer, Gold Cheese Morocco has grown into a producer of both its own brands and private-label lines. The company was built around four commitments — the standards behind every carton we produce, whatever label it carries.

Discipline First

Built on operational discipline rather than marketing, by a team with more than 15 years of prior experience in dairy production and food distribution.

Certified by Default

ISO 22000 and ONSSA certified, with complete batch traceability from raw material to finished product.

Reliable at Scale

More than 300,000 cartons a month, consistent from batch to batch, produced at our Dar Bouazza facility in Casablanca.

A Dependable Production Base

We produce our own brands and manufacture for our partners on the same certified lines, operating as a production base that customers can plan a launch around.

Our Team

Around 300 Professionals, One Standard

Around 300 professionals work across production, quality assurance, logistics, and operations. Master cheesemakers, food scientists, QA specialists, and production and logistics teams work together to keep every batch consistent and every shipment on schedule.

Mission

To deliver quality processed cheese across North Africa and beyond, through our own brands and through the partners we manufacture for, so that products reach and grow in new markets with confidence.

Vision

To become Africa's most trusted name in processed cheese.

Sustainability

A Practical Approach

We take a practical approach to our environmental footprint: water recycling and conservation in production, ongoing waste reduction, and energy-efficient production practices. We will share measurable results here as they are formalized. We would rather under-claim than overstate what we have done.
